Turkey can supply Syria with Hisar A and Hisar O. In addition, Turkey can purchase and modernize Soviet-era AD systems for Syria from former Soviet countries — similar to what was done with S-125 system in Libya and other missile platforms.
Sharaa should’ve signed the deal.
