UPDATE on a prior post. Tenzin Dhakpa, 10/31/2002-age 23, last residing in Columbia Heights, has been sentenced to 12 years in prison after pleading guilty to 1st degree criminal sexual conduct/penetration involving a minor age 12 when he was age 21. Charges stated Dhakpa began communicating with the minor in 2024 over a dating app. The minor was later reported missing from Goodhue County and was found at a Brooklyn Center hotel. Hotel surveillance showed Dhakpa renting the room and entering the room with the minor a short time later. The minor told police that they had sex multiple times and Dhakpa had told her he was sixteen years old. Dhakpa told police he thought the minor was 18. #MNmath: 12 years = 8 years or less in prison

Jose Manuel Jimenez-Zamorano, 22, residing in St. Louis Park, has been charged with 1st degree drug sales after law enforcement recovered 144 lbs of meth during a search warrant last October. Charged in Hennepin County last week, Jimenez-Zamorano was arrested on the warrant Tuesday afternoon. Charges say that on October 1, 2025, law enforcement officers with the Hennepin County Sheriff's Office West Metro Drug Task Force executed a narcotics search warrant in an apartment at 25xx Nevada Avenue South, in St. Louis Park. The target of the investigation was Jimenez-Zamorano. An adult female was present inside, but Jimenez-Zamorano was not. Jimenez-Zamorano was listed as the tenant of the unit, and was tied to the premises in pre-warrant surveillance. The female on site confirmed that Jimenez-Zamorano lives in the apartment and uses the bedroom where the drugs were found. Officers conducted a systematic search of the apartment and located a large quantity of methamphetamine from a tote in the in the southwest bedroom. There was also a mailer in Jimenez-Zamorano's name in the tote. There were also two suitcases with more methamphetamine in the bedroom closet, along with additional narcotics packaging. In total, law enforcement recovered approximately 144.3 pounds of methamphetamine. This quantity is significantly more than personal use amount and indicates intent to sell, charges say. Jimenez-Zamorano is scheduled to make his first court appearance on Wednesday afternoon.

NEW, ONLY ON CRIME WATCH: (paranoid psychotic - IMO) Thomas Wayne Evenstad, 60, has been arrested for probable cause harassment and is in custody. Evenstad is a convicted rapist and multi-time convicted stalker who has been lashing out with psychotic and paranoid rants at elected people, candidates, and private citizens, including Crime Watch, for months on social media and at events. Several people have recently obtained restraining orders against Evenstad, and he's been barred/trespassed from attending GOP events. Evenstad paid the fee to "run for governor" 🙄 and is under a severe delusion that he is going to win in 2026. We're digging into the details of the arrest and will update when new info is available. Current mugshot not yet available.
