@DonNoBizNiz @PlayStation That’s not how PSN works… 🤦‍♂️ PSN being down only affects online play and multiplayer. You can still play single-player digital games offline on a Digital PS5 just fine without a disc as long as your console is set as Primary/Main. Discs have nothing to do with it.

The Black Ops ports have been the top sellers since they launched on PlayStation. The games are digital, and a lot of people who were trying to boycott PlayStation in over end of physical media bought them. All it took was some old ports with nostalgia and they already forgot about it. Yeah, PlayStation will push this since people keep buying digital.

A weird bug is causing some PS5 players to lose their playtime history for physical games. The issue affects only physical disc games, while digital games still show the correct hours played. @DaTruthDT One look at that Insomniac leak debunks any and all of these “no one buys physical anymore” copes. The digital vs physical numbers are already inflated as is, since digital sales include free-to-play games, DLC, indies, etc. But in reality it’s 50/50 or even higher for physical.

Not at all surprised their is no on disc version and is a code in a box. This prevents any leaks from happening cause let’s be real some GTA fans are crazy enough to break into disc manufacturing facilities and retailers to steal discs. Rockstar hates, hates, hates leaks.

@RockstarGames PLEASE reconsider this decision. All of us that buy physical buy it so we can have the physical discs to keep. Making it just a download code in a box is ridiculous and anti-consumer.

@_SlimeDave Not for me. You haven't been able to get physical games for PC for years at this point and Steam achievements don't hit like how PS trophies or Xbox achievements do, so my consoles still take priority. PC only exists for modding certain games for me.
