@iamJulianMiguel Ang ultimate goal ng NPA ay revolutionary govt and establishment of a communist state; ang govt naman natin ay democratic state. They are both ends of the spectrum, there’s no compromise, either u give in to NPA’s demands, papasukin sila sa govt or them to end armed struggle.

@midzisalmostX Hindi material grievances ng NPA kundi yung rural communities, tenant-farmers. If you would look at the studies the concentration of NPA activity are in areas where semi-feudal system still exists with landless farmers earning below subsistence income working for land lords.

If the government isn't a bunch of idiots they would understand that the most effective way of ending the NPA would be to address the material grievances of the populace that is providing means for the NPA to continue existing.
