@sbkaufman What’s cost of achieving your potential? Feels shame-y to me, depending on power dynamic of who is saying it. Re: sports - I was a great athlete, but hated being shamed into pushing myself for my coaches sake. I’ve coached thousands of kids. I’d never say this as a coach. Ever.

I have found that one of the most powerful coaching questions is simply: "Aren't you capable of more?"
