Not remotely dramatic; I am still annoyed (15 years later !) as while the kid was clearly guilty, and DID lie in court, the police had failed to make a case, but I was the sole standout in the jury and gave up in the end. The kid seemed quite happy to be found guilty.

@CrocodileCat2 @daisynlil Was this in a crown court in E&W? I mean I have on occasion wandered up to hand up an exhibit because it was easier than the usher doing it . But ask Qs? No. Can’t comment on NI or Scotland.

The reason am pointing out what isn’t right in the trial scene on #EastEnders is because it’s important that potential witnesses in Crown Court trials do not worry we get up in their faces like that ever. We don’t.

Sure, if the baby turns out to be wildly Pakistani looking, that would clinch Vinny, but if it turns out totally Caucasian looking it could be from either man. And if Penny's OK with it, why does she ever have to tell.

Not for the NHS in Scotland. We’ve respected, not attacked, our NHS staff. We negotiated and reached agreement to avoid any industrial action. We don’t take that for granted, we work for it.
