I feel the same about shock rockers with 3:1 or greater ratio…it leaves no room for wear or ensuring everything is in “free” motion.

Ferrari's exhaust flap is pretty brutal The exhaust almost up against the vertical flap, with a semi-circular cup below it and endplates to the side. Both to prevent a loss of exhaust gas. It's clearly working with the diffuser extensions for more downforce. #F1 #F1tech
