@CrossCountryUK I’m currently on the 12:25 service from Manchester to Bournemouth and the air conditioning has broken in this carriage so it’s sweltering hot, the only alternative we’ve been offered is to stand at the end by the doors - but I’m disabled and can’t do that

@CrossCountryUK I dont know how your delay repay works, but you state my replacement bus arrived on time, yet it never turned up until at least 30mins later. So it's clearly a blatant lie. Pointless having delay repay when you don't even stick to facts. #MakeItUpAsYouGoAlong 🤣🤣
