@skytv without doubt the worst broadband experience. 10 engineer visits, telling us it’s the line, @bt_uk come out and say zero faults and then your engineer admits it’s sky issue. Guarantee of 18mb getting 1.8 but that’s ok according to the app… another week of rubbish

@O2 We are just being passed around - hence the ofcom complaint and now being charged for new contract and phone - store can’t help either - cannot believe that no one in o2 can help

@O2 3 weeks, 2 complaints logged, a helix case raised over 30 hours of calls to the customer service line over 30 hours on chat and still no resolution… All because of a sales person cocking the order up!!! We can’t cancel and we can’t return as the order is sat at processing

@O2 Your colleague told me Thursday that they would contact me without fail on Saturday at 11am. He advised that if this didn’t happen it would go to deadlock - the complaining hasn’t moved since 29/12 - zero movements and update and your chat basically said nothing anyone can do

@O2 @o2 assured of a call at 11am today by the escalations team (Rayan) zero call and zero update - seems to be a standard O2 customer service - this is the team that are meant to deal with complaints and “own” - joke
