@AdamDinklar @NetworkRailSCOT @transcotland Hi Adam, sorry some of the escalators aren't all available - these are very intensively used bits of kit, and we work really hard to keep these running. Always room to improve though and appreciate it's frustrating. Which entrance/exit to the station do you use?

@NetworkRailSCOT @transcotland is there a reason your escalators at Edinburgh Waverley are always goosed? Any other train station in the world has continually operating escalators. Your Edinburgh ones are off more than they are switched on.

82214 seen at Edinburgh Waverley in June 1996. For the benefit of younger enthusiasts it is not a Class 82 as it's an unpowered vehicle.

@Kerry_x_ @ScotRail Hi Kerry, the first train from Bellshill to Edinburgh Waverley tomorrow is at 10:44, arriving here at 11:51. There's an amended timetable in place due to engineering work taking place near Glasgow Central.

A great service from the staff on the 12:52pm service from Edinburgh Waverley to Carlisle in 1st class @AvantiWestCoast all of the 1st Class Staff made everyone’s journey “Personal & Unique” to them and took the effort to have a chat with each passenger and wishing them well

@NetworkRailEDB you seriously need to up your game regarding the mens toilets in the station. The corridor going down towards the toilets stink & the gents are a disgrace. What I hope is water covers most of the floor & rubbish everywhere. What must tourists think when using them

@GiorgioGiovane Certainly easier to find platform at Central (but reminds me of work). As they added new platforms at Waverley the numbering sometimes makes no sense (and I use it often). Nice to see you venturing to the big city 😂 Love the roof of Waverley though ( 📸 taken last week)

People rave about Waverley station but for me, Glasgow Central is Scotland’s great terminus. Full of light, easy to find your platform, and lovely old wood shop fronts.

@LNER good morning I travelled from Aberdeen to Edinburgh Waverley yesterday. I had 2 travellers with me who needed passenger assist. Jamie was waiting when the train arrived. He was fantastic. He helped us all off, and the luggage and took us to the lounge to wait
