@CrossCountryUK It’s a shame they can’t make seat reservations on your own trains. I’ll have to do that through another train company! The experience is very poor

@CrossCountryUK tried buying tickets but your web site doesn’t seem to be accepting Amex or Visa. Is it broken?

@CrossCountryUK Would love too but I always use XC to book XC trains after a poor experience with one of the more popular alternative providers. Is there no way of buying through XC at this time of day?

@GWRHelp Your customer service webforms say my email address is invalid even though you accept it (and it works) for bookings and other interactions with you. Can you fix it? How do I communicate with your team after you left passengers stranded last night?

@Sam82767021 Enforcement targets low hanging fruit. So those without tickets become more aggressive/confrontational to reduce the likelihood of being fined, while travellers who make innocent mistakes are fined.
