Finally came back to trying out the homebrew cider I whipped up about 3 months ago. It has spent the time since then in bottles and cooling in the fridge. Tried it today. Bit of a tang, but very fizzy. No idea how strong, but tastes more like scrumpy than cider to my tastebuds

I see people saying "a little knowledge is a dangerous thing" but I honestly wonder if it's more dangerous than no knowledge. My *guess* would be that knowing a bit about a thing is almost always better than knowing nothing about a thing, and that danger decreases with knowledge.

So if "ban" was off the table, the "restrict" (as tobacco) was next. Ray Story only stating the obvious and unavoidable. It did piss us off enormously however.
