Also: why doesn't anyone who talks about their "tough decisions" ever show an ounce of sympathy for the people they're leaving to suffer? They're always either smirking at their own cleverness, or fuming that anyone would dare ask them to justify the pain they're inflicting.

Weird listening to @wesstreeting refusing to say he would provide extra funding for hospices for dying children today and defending labour's "tough decisions". All whilst reintroducing a failed new labour hospital league tables policy - did you learn nothing from Ofsted?

It seems that the US election has shown more GCs the degrees to which their movement is aligned with the right and far-right. This appears to be a shock. The response is to separate ‘original’ or ‘real’ GCs from the right wing. This really doesn’t work.

Any such "debate" would be beyond tone-deaf. For over a year we have been forced to watch an unfolding genocide. "Debating" who is most to blame for that is ridiculous and offensive.
