We're this fight for many things, but mainly because we care about the community we live in We care about: - sustainable fashion - fighting racial and gender discrimination - building an inclusive fashion community - helping customers find new styles that represent them

The fight for improving the lives of Crossroads and other retail workers is not over. We're just the beginning of a tidal wave to change the industry, create more accountability, reduce turnover, and improve working conditions

We came to a tentative agreement! Although this was not everything we wanted, we fought hard and won some significant language in a first contract. The action we took moved mountains at the negotiation table; thank you to everyone who showed their support!

Update coming tomorrow, we made a lot of progress today!

Last Saturday @CrossroadsUnion in Seattle asked customers to get on IG and tell Crossroads to stop playing games. They did, big time! Let’s hope the bosses got the message and bargains in good faith today; because if not there is more where that came from!

We're back at the table on Tuesday with Crossroads - we got them to shut down their social media this weekend...but we're not done yet! Please keep sending in your support of our union directly to Crossroads management, or, come by and say hi to us about our union - fight on!

Why do we stand up for social healthcare? Because Crossroads refuses to engage in giving us affordable healthcare making workers who need it to take care from the state. #MedicareForAll
