Disappointed and disgusted. How exactly do you ‘care’ @TUIUKcares? Suffered flood on @CruisesMarella Discovery which destroyed all our clothes and belongings. Forced to wait over month. Offered virtually no compensation. No apology. @TUIUK @TUIGroup you’re supposed to be better!

@CruisesMarella just tried to book shore excursion for our cruise. And it says "this excursion doesn't have sufficient spaces to accommodate you party" why sell them online if we cant book.
