As the "Nolan bros" fight the "ring-wing culture warriors", I stand with the facts and data of it all and here is the deal: The Odyssey beat the projections and had a solid global opening (enough to set the stage for a chance at crossing $1 billion and making profit...depending on how next week goes)...it is also true, however, that if we are talking about actual butts in seats (ticket sales)...this is actually one of the lowest viewed Nolan movies of the last 20 years or so...two things can be true at once. One of the most asked questions I get is, how is our daughter doing now? This whole sorry situation was at the biggest detriment to her and she has been struggling, especially at school. However, we finally managed to persuade her to go to a much smaller school (took some doing) And even though she’s only been attending for a few weeks she is loving it and seems to be thriving!
