حدود پنج هفته پیش توسط نیروهای اطلاعاتی از خانهاش بازداشت شد.
امروز خبر رسیده که برای او حکم اعدام صادر شده است.
از زمان بازداشت تا این لحظه، هیچ اطلاع رسمی و شفافی از محل نگهداری، وضعیت جسمی یا شرایط پرونده او منتشر نشده است.
او فقط ۱۸ سال دارد.
دختری با آیندهای که هنوز آغاز نشده،
اکنون در سایهی حکم مرگ قرار گرفته است.
بازداشت ناگهانی.
بیخبری مطلق.
و اکنون خطر اجرای حکم.
این فقط یک پرونده نیست —
این زندگی یک دختر نوجوان است.

Today, reports indicate that she has received a death sentence.

۷۲ روز است که از بازداشت غیر قانونی برادرم #جهانگیر_کاظمی (میلاد) توسط وزارت اطلاعات کرج میگذره و مشخصا برادر من بیگناه است و هیچ مدرکی علیه برادر من وجود ندارد و پرونده ای که حتی ما هنوز نمیدونیم توش چی نوشتن غیر واقعی و به زور و اعتراف اجباری برای برادرم تشکیل داده اند که از شما عزیزان خارج از ایران خواهش میکنم که صدای من برادرم و دو دختر خردسال ۲و ساله و همسرش را به دنیا برسونید اگر مقامات کشورهایی که توش زندگی میکنید رو دسترسی بهشون دارید راجع به این جنایت و ظلم که به برادر من و هزاران جوان بیگناه ایرانی داره میشه اطلاع رسانی کنید تا شاید راهی برای آزادی عزیزانمان پیدا بشه،شرایط خیلی حساس و لحظه های بی خبری از حال برادرم با نبود ارتباط داره مچاله میکنه من رو،قبل از بمباران به من خبر دادن که پدرم هم از فشار روحی که بادیدن دخترهای برادرم که شرایط روحی خوبی ندارند از دوری پدرشون دچار حمله ی قلبی شده ،جمهوری اسلامی و سپاهش چند خانواده را با ظلم و پرونده سازی نابود کرده.

Today, despite having informed the police in advance that I intended to attend a gathering of supporters of the Islamic Republic, I was subjected to unacceptable and deeply concerning conduct by the Metropolitan Police Service.
While I had engaged in no form of violence and was merely asking participants simple questions including “Are you Iranian?” and “Do you support the Islamic Republic?” I was first assaulted by a woman who threw a sandwich at my face. Shortly afterwards, I was suddenly subjected to physical force by a police officer. This use of force was so excessive and unprofessional that it aggravated an existing injury to my rib.
Following this incident, instead of protecting me as the victim of an assault, the police threatened me that I must either leave London or face arrest. I was then again presented with the ultimatum of leaving the area or being arrested.
This occurred despite the fact that the assault against me took place in full view of police officers, who failed to take any meaningful action to protect me.
This conduct constitutes not only a clear violation of my right to freedom of expression and peaceful presence at a public gathering, but also demonstrates unequal and discriminatory treatment by the police.
I will be pursuing this matter through the appropriate legal and oversight channels and will be filing a formal complaint against the Metropolitan Police Service for the violation of my rights. This case will be added to my previous documented instances of rights violations.

My expectation is simple: that law enforcement focuses on genuine threats rather than those raising legitimate concerns. For the past 13 years, I have stood firmly against the Islamic Republic. During this time, I, along with my family and friends, have faced serious threats, including threats to our lives. I therefore believe I have every right to warn the society that gave me refuge about the risks posed by those who support or act on behalf of a regime widely accused of terrorism, as well as those who may be abusing the protections offered by the UK. This is not only a matter of personal experience it is a matter of public safety and responsibility.
