Even if exposed -- salmonella is over 99.97% survivable & treatable via Natural Medicine. I often mix a yolk or 2 into fresh-squeezed orange juice. Fun fact: Emma Morano lived until age 117 & she credited daily raw eggs (she started when she was age 20) as her secret to longevity. • VEGETABLES & FRUIT... I literally eat tons of vegetables & fruit. Studies back this practice. Basic overview of hundreds of studies I've read: the more veggies & fruit you eat, the healthier you are. They're natural foods that can be eaten just as they come from the Earth, without processing. • SPECIFIC RESEARCH-BACKED FOODS... I avoid harsh or dry heat like ovens, air fryers, pan frying -- because it produces potent toxins called AGES (Advanced Glycation End Products). AGES literally age you (stiffen collagen/elastin, oxidative stress, + more). Boiling/steaming and raw is the way to go. Studies back this up -- gentle methods of cooking + adding raw foods to diet helps health, greatly. • COUNTERACT DAMAGE... whenever I do indulge in unhealthy things -- for example if I ingest alcohol (rarely), or go out to eat -- I will down a gnarly strong green juice or take supplements to help my body deal with it. • ORGANIC FOOD... people tell you it doesn't make a difference, but the data proves the difference is HUGE. Organic diet lowers bodily pesticide level by over 90% in 7 days. Try measuring your glyphosate level before & after going organic. It's night & day. P.S. if you do ONE THING organic, make it animal products. Most people miss this, but they're actually the most contaminated category of food. And Crucially: organic is GMO-free. GMOs/bioengineered foods are a reckless, new, virtually untested experiment on humanity...only broadly introduced to our food supply about 25 yrs ago. (I'm not talking about hybridization. I'm talking about very unnatural DNA insertion techniques....like crossing a tomato with a fish genes in a lab...Frankenstein type things). • DAIRY AVOIDANCE... I try to avoid it because unfortunately it's one of the most contaminated foods these days. Even organic. It almost always has high environmental toxins such as phthalates, pesticides, PFAS, dioxins... as these things accumulate in animal fat. These toxins can especially affect delicate hormonal systems. For example, a 2017 study showed higher dairy consumption was associated with faster ovarian aging. • GROW FOOD... I grow as much as possible in my yard. And I never use the plastic-bagged dirt or fertilizers (these are actually super contaminated due to even "organic" products containing manure from non-organic fed animals). Growing food can be super simple: fertilizer can be made from leaves & grass. Raised beds are unnecessary. & lets be honest: home grown tastes soo much better. Drool. (My raspberry bushes are already growing...can't wait!) I also get a ton of my food from a local farmer that uses nontoxic fertilizer. • CLEAN LIVING... I avoid plastic, avoid household dust (which is ~50% microplastics + environmental chemicals), clean personal care products (like the ones I make), stainless steel pans, air purifiers, wooden cutting boards/spatulas. This is not a comprehensive list, but includes most of the most important things. Honestly, I hate that we have to do so much just to remain healthy. But it is what it is. I'm not saying you have to do alll this, but every little bit helps! I'm living proof. I'm not perfect, but I do the best I can to abide by these practices. And it's worked out really well for me. Since I posted about my battle with stage four gastric cancer that metastasized to my liver I received a tremendous outpouring of support from so many wonderful, caring people here on X. I also got countless recommendations to contact Dr. William Makis who is an oncologist in Alberta Canada who treats cancers with Ivermectin. I had looked into him & learned that he charges $500 to review your medical records & imaging studies, which you must provide. That’s no easy task. But having been a professional police investigator I did some minimal research about him. And a simple Google search revealed a great deal of controversy about him. The college he worked for canceled his Practice Permit and formally disciplined him for serious professional misconduct! He was also stripped of his Medical License in 2017. He sued for wrongful termination and his case was thrown out and he was declared a vexatious (annoying) litigant. He was also found in Contempt of Court for violating their order. He is accused of repeatedly making unsubstantiated claims about the effectiveness of Ivermectin in the treatment of cancer and of misrepresenting studies. Dr. Makis has appealed these cases and all were denied. I don’t profess to know anything about how Canadian courts work but I have included screenshots of this basic Google AI search. I’m skeptical by nature and I felt obliged to inform you of what a simple Google search revealed. I’ve been waiting for his promised clinical trials to be published about Ivermectin’s effectiveness in treating cancer, but that has yet to materialize although promised for a considerable period of time. Don’t shoot the messenger, I’m doing this to provide help for people like me who are dealing with a terminal diagnosis and are therefore desperate for a remedy. We are extremely vulnerable and there’s never been a shortage of people who take advantage of those in our condition. I hope he publishes clinical trials to contradict these claims because I don’t trust big Pharma and believe in alternative medicine. But I also know snake oil salesman have always been amongst us,so we must be weary of extraordinary claims in any field.

In the end, @alpharivelino was right—never date a lawyer if you want something serious. 1.5 years together. 6 continents. 30 countries. Van life, cacao ceremonies, music festivals, Mile High Club, surfing, scuba diving, motorcycles, rented villas and penthouses, meeting families, drugs, deep conversations, sex in places we could’ve been arrested, all over the world. And that’s just the start. We did everything together. We talked about building the most beautiful life and family together all the time. But the only thing we did more than try all life has to offer… was argue. I’m resting too long at the gym? Argument. I forgot a bottle of water? Argument. I laugh at a joke on my phone when she’s working and distract her? Argument. I say I want the Ukraine war to end? That becomes: “So you want Russia to invade Estonia?” (Her mother country). Not joking. Politically, she was moderate—supported CDU in Germany—but everything political became personal to her. Even a take on tariffs could spiral into a multi-day ordeal about how I didn’t care about Europe, didn’t care about her suffering (under these tariffs from last week? Huh? Yeah really) and how my support of the cruel heartless mean Trump is a moral stain on me. And once it started, that was it—she wouldn’t let it go. Couldn’t de-escalate it. Didn’t want to. Neither “I’m sorry” nor a reasoned counterpoint could stop her. She had to be right. Had to win. Had to make her case like we’re in court. Had to keep going until I either broke down or blew up and left. Then, 1–2 days later: softness, apologies, emotional reconnection. We’d get maybe 3 days of peace. Then something else would trigger it all over again. Like clockwork. No matter how spiritual, intellectual, or “evolved” our toolbox got—nothing changed the cycle. I tried to end it probably 10 times. Physically left 3 times. But… she’s a lawyer. Always knew how to make it sound like this time would be different. Roped me back in with new hope every time, and some emotional arm-twisting too. Until now. The last ember’s out. She was the most special woman I’ve ever met up to now. But “special” doesn’t mean “lifelong partner.” It doesn’t mean someone you’d even want to build a real life with. I’m grateful for all the experience—but I wouldn’t do it again. Especially not when I want to build something lasting. Lessons here: - Listen to Rivelino. Seriously. Don’t test it yourself unless you actually get off on conflict. Don’t date a lawyer. - Get your astrological compatibility checked early. I joked 5 minutes after we met: “Oh you’re a Gemini? We can never work.” It was supposed to be just a classic false disqualifier, basic game. Turns out… yeah. Nailed it early. Every problem we had? Already in our compatibility charts, waiting for us to dance (or yell) them out. It was all there - what works between us and what doesn’t. Clear as day from our birth charts, and lived out as if to a script in real life. Same with every ex btw. Test it out yourself if you can get full birth times and places from your exes - you’ll be reading exactly what your old relationship was, so close to a T it’s striking. Astrology is pattern recognition, based on the fundamental bioenergetics of the universe. Do we understand it 100%? She’ll still be the same person a year of your best effort later. Decide fast. Move on. So yeah—grateful for all that I had, and ultimately to the woman who opened so many doors for me. I started trying to get healthy as a chubby 18 yr old with ZERO idea what I was doing from ages 20-25, I gave myself: SIBO, reflux, dysbiosis, constipation, IBS, acne, debilitating knee tendinitis, shoulder injuries, hypothyroidism, and being skinny fat for YEARS it doesn’t have to be as hard as I made it here’s what I wish I had understood then: 1. Circadian health is the foundation of everything. Prioritize light, sun, ground 2. Real food tastes GOOD. you don’t have to suffer to be healthy 3. Learning to cook is non negotiable 4. Do NOT neglect your gut health - it’s at the heart of every other aspect of your health 5. Prioritize protein, always always always 6. Local, in season, food is the answer 7. Fats and carbs are both great, and neither should be permanently gotten rid of. 8. Lifting is weighted stretching. Your joints should be strong through a FULL range of motion 9. You must balance STRESS with RECOVERY or you will break. 10. SLEEP BETTER 11. Ask experts for help 12. Ask God for direction and he will give it 13. Processed food is yucko 98% of the time. Whole foods are better 99% of the time. 14. There is no one answer. Learn from all diets, trends (even veganism has a couple useful tidbits) 15. Industrial seed oils yuck but PUFA useful. Saturated fats are excellent but they shouldn’t be the only type you eat 16. The physical, mental, spiritual and emotional all play together. Everything is connected. Neglect one and you neglect all anywho, I’m sure there are more but these are the top
