Raw yolks contain more nutrients, less (heat-induced) toxins. And salmonella is very rare (1 in ~20k eggs... & this data is for the sh*tty, commercial, non-organic kind). Even if exposed -- salmonella is over 99.97% survivable & treatable via Natural Medicine. I often mix a yolk or 2 into fresh-squeezed orange juice. Fun fact: Emma Morano lived until age 117 & she credited daily raw eggs (she started when she was age 20) as her secret to longevity. • VEGETABLES & FRUIT... I literally eat tons of vegetables & fruit. Studies back this practice. Basic overview of hundreds of studies I've read: the more veggies & fruit you eat, the healthier you are. They're natural foods that can be eaten just as they come from the Earth, without processing. • SPECIFIC RESEARCH-BACKED FOODS... I make sure to include a lot of the following -- Goji berries, mushrooms, blueberries, walnuts, broccoli, fermented foods, hemp seeds, kiwi, olive oil. All have amazing health data. For example, one high quality study showed ~4 tbsn GOJI BERRIES daily boosted immune function greatly. KIWI has been shown to improve gut health & protect DNA. & fermented foods have been shown to help protect body from microplastics. • RAW/GENTLE COOKING... I avoid harsh or dry heat like ovens, air fryers, pan frying -- because it produces potent toxins called AGES (Advanced Glycation End Products). AGES literally age you (stiffen collagen/elastin, oxidative stress, + more). Boiling/steaming and raw is the way to go. Studies back this up -- gentle methods of cooking + adding raw foods to diet helps health, greatly. • COUNTERACT DAMAGE... whenever I do indulge in unhealthy things -- for example if I ingest alcohol (rarely), or go out to eat -- I will down a gnarly strong green juice or take supplements to help my body deal with it. • ORGANIC FOOD... people tell you it doesn't make a difference, but the data proves the difference is HUGE. Organic diet lowers bodily pesticide level by over 90% in 7 days. Try measuring your glyphosate level before & after going organic. It's night & day. P.S. if you do ONE THING organic, make it animal products. Most people miss this, but they're actually the most contaminated category of food. And Crucially: organic is GMO-free. GMOs/bioengineered foods are a reckless, new, virtually untested experiment on humanity...only broadly introduced to our food supply about 25 yrs ago. (I'm not talking about hybridization. I'm talking about very unnatural DNA insertion techniques....like crossing a tomato with a fish genes in a lab...Frankenstein type things). • DAIRY AVOIDANCE... I try to avoid it because unfortunately it's one of the most contaminated foods these days. Even organic. It almost always has high environmental toxins such as phthalates, pesticides, PFAS, dioxins... as these things accumulate in animal fat. These toxins can especially affect delicate hormonal systems. For example, a 2017 study showed higher dairy consumption was associated with faster ovarian aging. • GROW FOOD... I grow as much as possible in my yard. And I never use the plastic-bagged dirt or fertilizers (these are actually super contaminated due to even "organic" products containing manure from non-organic fed animals). Growing food can be super simple: fertilizer can be made from leaves & grass. Raised beds are unnecessary. & lets be honest: home grown tastes soo much better. Drool. (My raspberry bushes are already growing...can't wait!) I also get a ton of my food from a local farmer that uses nontoxic fertilizer. • CLEAN LIVING... I avoid plastic, avoid household dust (which is ~50% microplastics + environmental chemicals), clean personal care products (like the ones I make), stainless steel pans, air purifiers, wooden cutting boards/spatulas. This is not a comprehensive list, but includes most of the most important things. Honestly, I hate that we have to do so much just to remain healthy. But it is what it is. I'm not saying you have to do alll this, but every little bit helps! I'm living proof. I'm not perfect, but I do the best I can to abide by these practices. And it's worked out really well for me. Find companies led by founders who are obsessed with doing things right. Every detail, small as it seems, matters to them - what you see, and what you don’t. From day one we have been unwilling to make compromises. We use organic sewing thread, while the industry uses Nylon. Our tags are organic cotton, industry uses tyvek (DuPont). We wrap in virgin American paper to avoid any plastic touching the pillow from recycled receipts, etc. Every single detail is important - not to advertise, but because we are convicted to make the absolute best we can to the glory of God.

They charge a zillion dollars for "wool" "natural" clothes, but the awful truth is that they're: • Burned w/CHLORINE • Coated w/NYLON polymer (plastic) They do this to make the wool more convenient & washable, not shrink or felt like real wool is supposed to. The resulting product is nothing like natural wool. And all that's actually touching your skin is PLASTIC. This coating releases microplastics & chemicals over time, that can be inhaled & absorbed (especially by hot, sweaty feet or while working out). They don't tell you this. They just charge you a bunch of money for the "wool" & act like they're selling you a natural, premium product. There's no way to know that they're doing this unless you ask the company. Specifically, ask if the use: • "Superwashing" • or "Hercosett 25" • or apply a polymer at any stage of processing • GOTS certified organic means it's safe as well MOST companies are doing this. A small handful are not. Namely: DILLING WOOLROOM MANTECO RAWGANIQUE NUI ORGANICS SERENDIPITY HOME OF WOOL Wearing natural & nontoxic fibers is super important, especially socks. (studies show nearly 100% of socks contain BPA & other horrible chemicals that are absorbed) But MODERN WOOL is far from natural or nontoxic. It's time for this scam to be exposed.

Great account generally but this is misleading. Not all wool is coated in plastic. This is the beauty of controlling your own supply. We own our own mill and process our wool ourselves. We of course do not treat our wool with any plastic. There are other ways to get wool to be washable, namely through an ozone-based process. @RykerClothing is doing this. Lastly, I would be careful plugging companies with shady supply chains. And Wool Room uses superwash in their “washable” pillows, which are their most popular. Do not blackpill. Do not make generalized statements to generate outrage. Wool is a miracle fiber. Just be careful and ask questions about sourcing.

❗️ I've NEVER taken a single vax, of any kind, in my life. I don't take pharmaceuticals. I've always been super healthy. Zero health issues. ONE exception: as I neared 40, my skin started looking...not great. I became Obsessed w/finding out WHY. & eventually... I found the way to REVERSE SKIN AGING. I trust Nature, not Pharma. Nor harsh things like injecting Botox. So I started looking for Natural solutions to unf*ck my skin. To fix my fine lines, dullness, & dehydration. One problem: all of the currently available natural solutions DIDN'T WORK. It actually seemed like they made my skin Worse. So I decided to put my 20+ yr background in Natural Medicine & research to good use. I spent 2+ Years looking at what the data had to say regarding the cause of skin aging & potential natural solutions. First, I found out the cause is not just "getting older." Unnatural things we're exposed to on a daily basis are making things much worse. Modern things like: unbalanced light spectrums (we're exposed through windows), dry winter heating systems, harsh blue light, pollution, massively antioxidant & nutrient deficient food supply ...are massively aging our skin, rapidly & PREMATURELY. Not my idea of a good time. So I searched for options to combat all of this. At first, I found some supplements that had good data (NMN, lactoferrin, astaxanthin, polypodium, etc.), & they helped. But I learned that to directly target skin, topical application of active ingredients can be EXTREMELY effective (studies show). On the flipside, topical application of the wrong things can be extremely Harmful to skin & wreck the skin barrier. Not to mention the possible health implications, since there are common ingredients that are CARCINOGENIC & endocrine-disrupting. (Skin is porous. Things can be absorbed through it). Plainly: Most skin stuff/creams, serums, etc...are crap. They're all basically an overpriced package of ~90% water, plus preservatives. Even the 'natural' stuff contains hidden, harmful BS (there's a loophole where synthetic ingredients can be hidden, not listed as ingredients). Natural trends like tallow & castor oil aren't great either. They're unbalanced in terms of fatty acids, & have low anti-aging efficacy. BUT there are some natural things I came across that DO work & give INSANE RESULTS.  Some examples (topical application): • PTEROSTILBENE (found in blueberries) → ↑ elasticity +33% in 28 days, human study. • COQ10 (0.3%) → hugely reduced wrinkle depth in human trials • ASTAXANTHIN → one of the world's most powerful antioxidants. Benefits shown: less wrinkles, more elasticity + UV damage protection • BLACK SEED OIL → "The cure for everything but death." Massively inhibits collagen-degrading enzymes • WHITE TEA → even more powerful than green tea for skin. (Have you seen the crazy case study on green tea + red light? It basically erases wrinkles). If you do any type of red light/sun therapy...you need to apply green or (even better) White Tea to get max benefits. Just to name a few. So the next logical question was — how do I get these on my skin!? I looked all over & was severely disappointed.  Most skincare manufacturers haven't done the research, use the wrong things...or are just lazy. For example — have you seen the newest human studies on pterostilbene (a better-absorbed "cousin" to resveratrol)? It's insanely anti-aging, & UV protective for skin. But it's actually challenging to put this into a natural formula. Not impossible...just challenging. So a natural product with the correct amount of pterostilbene did not exist. Fed up, I eventually, I began making my own skin serum. I packed in all of the best, data-backed natural things I found during my research. Over many months of testing, tweaking and sharing it with my friends... I literally crafted the best skin serum ever. It's utterly transformed my 43-yr-old skin. To the point where people keep asking me what I'm doing. Zero synthetic BS. No water, no unnatural preservatives. Glass-bottled (because f*ck microplastics). It's actually the perfect thing to use in both the summer & winter. In extreme cold, it keeps my skin hydrated & nourished.  In summer — I LOVE basking in the sun, daily. The sun provides incredible health benefits (vitamin D, red light, mood & weight benefits) — but these benefits are Blocked via sunscreen. When getting my daily UV benefits, I apply it ~30m before. I no longer get any redness or sun spots. And it actually faded some sun spots/freckles I had previously. You cannot find anything like this in stores or online. Believe me, I've tried. So I've decided to make my skin serum available to those who want it. Not sure how long I will do this for. (But if enough people want it, I'll make sure it's available...) Check it out on my site. That's good! Tallow can be a good occlusive/sealant (so skin stops losing moisture). That alone can minimize the look of wrinkles. However, it's low in antioxidants, so anti-aging effects are usually minimal. Some people use tallow as a final step on top of my serum w/very nice results!

GUT HEALTH studies: 🟢 A randomized, controlled trial of people who added bananas 2x per day to their normal diet for 2 months led to: - increased bifidobacteria in the gut (bifido are Super important for overall health!) - "Analysis of the gastrointestinal symptoms records revealed significantly lower bloating" in the banana group. 🟢 slightly green bananas could help restore gut microbiota balance after antibiotic treatment and significantly decrease intestinal permeability (strengthening the gut lining). MELATONIN, SERUM ANTIOXIDANT, & SLEEP studies: 🟢 in a 2012 study, people fed two bananas showed melatonin levels a whopping 4.4-fold higher after 120 minutes (140 vs. 32 picograms / ml). Higher melatonin levels have been linked in studies to many health benefits, including lower cancer risks. Slightly green bananas vs. yellow have unique health benefits. So include both in your rotation, ideally. *TIP: it's best to eat bananas separately from berries. There's an enzyme in bananas that strongly binds to & reduces the bioavailability of beneficial flavanols in berries & cocoa.
