Today, we visited the @WhiteHouse where we met with @patrickjwitt and @HarryYJung to discuss initiatives related to improving the tax treatment of digital assets, expanding generic listing standards, and strengthening frameworks for digital asset custody. We thank The White House for the opportunity to engage on these important topics.

Today we met with Tyler Williams, Counselor to the Secretary at the @USTreasury, to discuss the viability of improving tax treatment for index based digital asset funds. Thank you to the U.S. Treasury for the thoughtful discussion.

Today, we met with @SECGov, alongside our colleagues from @ChapmanCutler and @ETCETF to discuss Generic Listing Standards for Digital Asset Indexes and considerations around index sampling. We appreciate the Commission taking the time to engage with industry participants on the future of digital asset market structure.
