@bittingthembits @ridges_ai A lot of the cost or limits issue is redundant context. Context compression + decentralized agents is the real game changer.

🚨 The gap between centralized pain and $TAO powered intelligence is closing fast. Ridges AI SN62 @ridges_ai Is Already Shipping the Fix (Ridgeline $29 flat) Claude Code users are hitting usage limits way faster than expected even on $100–$200 month paid tiers 👀 One loop drains your entire daily budget in minutes. Peak-hour throttling kicks in. A single reply can wipe out 41% of your quota. This is the exact problem the BBC just highlighted: centralized AI is hitting the wall hard. Now look at what Bittensor’s SN62 @ridges_ai is already solving. Ridges isn’t another token-gated coding tool. It’s a decentralized autonomous coding agent network running on open market incentives. ▫️Flat $29/month for Ridgeline (the product layer) ▫️Roughly 100 PRs per month $0.29 per PR ▫️Delivering 73.6–87.8% on SWE-Bench Verified and 96.3% Polyglot score No black-box token drain. No surprise throttling. No $200/month surprise bills. This is the difference between a closed pricing model and a competitive decentralized market. Closed systems get more expensive and restrictive as demand increases. Ridges gets cheaper, faster, and better because every miner competes on: - correctness - speed - cost - runtime efficiency That pressure compounds directly into the product. The Poduct? Autonomous software engineering that is structurally designed to improve cheaper, more predictable, and built for real developer workflows. Assign a GitHub issue, the agent reads the repo, finds context, writes patches, tests them, and works in parallel with you. This is what real subnet building looks like: synthetic evaluations, adaptive screener infrastructure, cost scoring, runtime scoring, deterministic evaluation, and agentic payments. The Claude Code article just proved the problem. Ridges AI is already shipping the decentralized solution. Stack quality subnets. The future isn’t throttled, it’s incentivized. Wake up. This is what subnets look like before the market fully understands them. $TAO compounds. 🔗bbc.com/news/articles/… Not financial advice. DYOR.

Why subnets are the real money play in $TAO $TAO just hit $292. Up from $262 yesterday. But here's what nobody is discussing: It's not just the token that's making people money. It's the subnets. Let me break down how people are actually making real money with $TAO: 1. Staking to subnets You stake TAO to specific subnets. You earn subnet tokens. If the subnet grows → your tokens go up. Example: • Subnet 64 (Chutes AI): $119M market cap • Subnet 3 (Templar): $77M market cap • Early stakers? They're up 10x, 20x, more. 2. Running miners/validators You can run compute and earn TAO. No minimum stake needed. Hardware + internet = income. People are doing this from home. Passive income in TAO. 3. Building on subnets Launch your own subnet. Token + utility. If it gets traction → massive upside. This is the highest risk/highest reward. Here's the play: The average person can't build a subnet. But you CAN stake to one early. 129 subnets exist. How many will become billion-dollar protocols? A few will. That's the asymmetric bet. If you want to follow the subnet space, check out @WeAreSubConnect - they drop weekly deep dives on the ecosystem. My strategy: I'm not building a subnet. But I'm staking to the ones I believe in. And I'm accumulating TAO. The token goes up. The subnet tokens go up. The revenue grows. It's a double flywheel. What subnets are you watching? Drop your picks below 👇

Sum of subnets = 10+ $TAO is not far fetched When Tao is >$1,000 Halving already happened Less supply Root apy is 🥜 Institutions/investors buying But it's already in the $1,000s & can't buy the amount they desire So the only way to double triple is by going dtao & buying subnets

Just finished watching Jason's video on Hippius. Let me break it down simply - what it is, who should use it and who can earn from it. Hippius is decentralized storage. Think Google Drive or Amazon S3 but no single company owns it. Just nodes across the world storing your data. The numbers: - 351TB storage on the network - 112 nodes running - 28,000+ accounts - All on Bittensor Now the part that got me. 1TB per month for just $3. Hippius is 2386x cheaper than centralized storage. But here's what AWS really doesn't want you to know. Egress fees. Every time you move your own data out of AWS, they charge you. 100TB of egress? $13,080 per month. Just to access your own data. @hippius_subnet has zero egress fees. Your data, your access, no surprise bills. And cheap doesn't mean unsafe. Only nodes with proper uptime and redundant storage can contribute. Serious infrastructure only. One more thing no other @bittensor subnet has done. Hippius built its own blockchain explorer because Bittensor can verify transactions but not decentralized storage. So they built subnetstat. Every storage proof transparent and verifiable. Who should use it: - Anyone paying cloud storage bills - Businesses with large data needs - Developers who want flexibility - Upgrade or downgrade anytime, no contracts Who can contribute and earn $TAO: - Data centers - Anyone with redundant storage and solid uptime At $3 per TB with zero egress fees there's genuinely not much to think about. #Bittensor

TAO Telegraph — Bittensor Media
Let’s be real, TAO is up because of this viral post by @tplr_ai To buy tao subnet tokens, investors NEED to own $TAO to exchange into it… there is no way around this. Hype for one subnet token this week caused TAO demand to rise, just imagine if there is this type of demand for multiple subnets at the same time. You are not bullish enough.
templar@tplr_ai

We just completed the largest decentralised LLM pre-training run in history: Covenant-72B. Permissionless, on Bittensor subnet 3. 72B parameters. ~1.1T tokens. Commodity internet. No centralized cluster. No whitelist. Anyone with GPUs could join or leave freely. 1/n

@ttsheik @DendriteHQ I call bullshit too. Subnets were introduced late 2023, so much earlier than u said. DTAO was launched 1y ago. Btw, would be stupid for them to talk about non-existing at the moment subnets and tag them in this post, like the text-to-image subnet from Creative

@DendriteHQ I call bullshit! You say "For years, we've: actively mined across subnets" 😂 TF you on lying? Subnets eco just barely finished its 1st year since launch, and the subnets you mentioned didn't even finish their 1st year since registration! For years... you say? 💀

We've been quietly building in the $TAO ecosystem for over 3 years - and it feels like the right time to say this out loud. At Dendrite, we've been deeply active on #Bittensor not just as miners, but as long-term contributors to the ecosystem. For years, we've: actively mined across subnets, worked hands-on with subnet owners @hippius_subnet, @ridges_ai, @zeussubnet, @numinous_ai, @404gen_ to improve performance, incentives, and product quality, helped subnets iterate toward delivering real, usable value, not just emissions. Over time, this gave us something extremely valuable: a deep, practical understanding of how subnets actually work in production - technically, economically, and operationally. Over the past months, we've been working intensely on the concept of our own subnet. Along the way, we've had extensive discussions with @const_reborn and multiple experienced subnet owners and developers - including @chutes_ai, @bitsecai and earlier mentioned subnets: 62, 17, 6 whose feedback and encouragement validated many of our assumptions. Our goal is simple: - help Bittensor subnets deliver better products - address real gaps we've observed after years of mining and supporting teams - apply everything we've learned about incentives, validators, miners, and edge cases After years of mining, experimenting, fixing things, and advising subnet teams, we believe we now have the experience required to design and develop a subnet the right way - with incentives aligned to long-term value creation. @SomaSubnet already live, prepare yourself, competitions are coming soon. If you're a subnet owner, developer, or thinking about launching one - we'd love to exchange notes.

I need 4 extra hands to cover all @opentensor subnets. Seeing what @CreativeBuilds and @ChrisWilso45487 already did with their subnets I just can't wait to test all the upcoming nets! Stay tuned coz lads are cooking! $TAO < $50 is a joke

I remember back when we used to have only Discord otc & tensor exchange to buy Bittensor $TAO. Bought majority at the top, with an average of ~$95. Never sold any. Never had sell emotions even after the 70% drop to sub $30. Why? Conviction. Not Hoping... Conviction. Few.
