@Uber your driver left me stranded in Prague, because his phone was “not working properly”. I showed him everything is fine on my side, he just laughed at me and drove off. All whilst the trip is running.
I had to book another trip to get to my destination and got charged for both because I had to cancel the first trip.
I did not want to cancel, I had no other option. Your response it Im not eligible for a refund.
Im not going to pay double for this horrible experience that made me miss my train home.
