✅Interesting: Been seeing this chart quite often and it got me thinking Does Less inflation = more price upside?‼️ That’s what this chart seems to suggest. Since the Ethereum Merge, ETH supply growth has stayed very low — even briefly deflationary. So usually ppl interpret low supply as ‘bullish’ But here’s the nuance: ETH supply isn’t fixed. It expands or contracts based on network activity. High usage → more burn → lower supply Low usage → less burn → supply grows again ↔️Also something we can’t ignore is More activity is moving to Layer 2s → less gas on mainnet → less ETH burned So this isn’t “hard scarcity.” It’s activity-dependent scarcity — and that activity is fragmenting. Which means: This chart isn’t telling you where price goes. It’s telling you one thing: ETH price is tied to real usage — and where that usage actually settles. #ethereum
