My Party Popper Question to @saylor : “When do you think the bear market will come?” 🧠 His answer: “There’s no bear market. There’s the bull market… and there is pre-bull market.” 🤪Bullish mindset only. 📈🔥 #BitcoinConference2025 #Michaelsaylor

16 years ago, 10,000 BTC bought two pizzas. At the time, it was just a transaction. Today, it is remembered as the moment crypto proved it could move value in the real world. The next chapter is bigger than pizza. It is real estate, credit, funds, treasuries, and the infrastructure that brings real-world assets onchain. Happy Bitcoin Pizza Day 🍕₿

The growth of tokenized RWAs is worth paying attention to. But the number itself is only one part of the story. What matters next is whether these assets can operate with the standards real capital expects: clear ownership, compliant access, reliable settlement, and ongoing reporting. That is where tokenization starts becoming infrastructure.

Tokenization is getting closer to a major turning point. → Clearer regulations → More institutional access → Growing real-world adoption → DTCC & Nasdaq integration pathways The next 12–18 months could be defining.

Big milestone for the RWA market. The real question now is what happens after assets come onchain. Over the next 12–18 months, we’ll start to see which tokenized assets become useful in institutional workflows, and which remain mostly headline numbers. That is where the real test begins.

Dubai is not just building for crypto activity. It is building the conditions for regulated digital asset markets to mature. That distinction matters.
Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority (VARA)@varadubai

This week, our Head of Market Assurance, Sean McHugh sat down with @Bloomberg to unpack the foundational pillars that position Dubai as a leading jurisdiction for virtual asset regulation - spanning regulatory clarity and supervisory frameworks to the development of trusted market infrastructure and the facilitation of responsible institutional participation. Many thanks to Scarlet Fu and Tim Stenovec for the great discussion. Watch the full conversation here: bloomberg.com/news/videos/20… #VARA

Last week was one of those days that remind me why I chose this. On stage at REAL, talking about what tokenization requires to work in the real world. Not the whitepaper. The one that has to survive legal scrutiny, regulatory review and investor due diligence. The people in that room are building. The conversations were solid. The work continues.

Real estate is the world’s largest asset class, but access to premier property has historically been limited by geography, capital requirements and liquidity constraints. OneAsset’s vision is simple: Make commercial real estate more accessible, transparent, and borderless through onchain ownership.

Nobody pitches a tokenization platform by talking about transfer agents. But transfer agents, settlement, and recordkeeping are what decide whether your token behaves like a financial product or just sits there as a token. Issuance is the easy half.

@OneAsset_io This is the bigger question behind tokenization. Not whether something can be tokenized, but whether tokenization improves how that asset is owned, accessed, managed, or trusted.

Potatoes reportedly outperformed Ethereum over the past 5 years. Naturally, the next question is: Can we tokenize potatoes? Technically, yes. But tokenization only gets interesting when the asset has a clear reason to be owned, traded, or accessed differently. So… would you own potatoes onchain? 🥔

Tokenized stocks, treasuries, and funds are moving fast for a reason. They are easier to standardize. Real estate is different. It is larger, slower, more local, and more operationally complex. Different jurisdictions. Different ownership structures. Different reporting standards. Different investor requirements. That complexity is why real estate tokenization will take longer. It is also why the opportunity is worth building for.

@_FinancialFox @stefixy @arthurkatz_eth @OneAsset_io Great to see Arthur unpack this. Tokenization creates new possibilities for ownership and access, but the real test is whether the structure around it can support trust, accountability, and long-term market confidence.

“Code is law” sounds great… until nobody’s accountable. 👀 In this interview, @stefixy and @arthurkatz_eth from @OneAsset_io unpack the reality behind crypto narratives, tokenized assets, and the future of AI in finance. 🔹 Why RWA tokenization could transform property investment in the UAE 🔹 The difference between real yield and financial smoke 🔹 The role regulation plays when markets break down If you don’t understand the source of the returns, you’re not investing, you’re gambling. 🎥 Watch the full conversation: youtu.be/4ALDYj2FCik?si… #Bitcoin #Crypto #RWA #DeFi #Tokenization #AI #Finance #Blockchain #RealEstate

Tokenized stocks went from near zero to $1.25B in under a year. Here's how we're reading that number at @OneAsset_io. That number matters because stocks were the easier case: standardized, liquid, clearly priced, and already familiar to institutions. Real estate is the harder case. It is jurisdiction-specific, less liquid, legally complex, and harder to underwrite. But the demand signal is similar. Investors want yield-bearing assets onchain, global access, and productive collateral that can move through digital rails. Tokenized stocks proved the appetite is real. Real estate will test whether the infrastructure is ready. That is where compliance, custody, settlement, transfer rules, reporting, and secondary liquidity become the foundation, not the backend.

Three things I keep coming back to in every conversation about RWAs: - If you can't trace exactly where the yield comes from, it's a narrative, not a return. - AI should accelerate your due diligence, not replace your accountability. - Ownership without understanding is just sophisticated gambling. Sat down with @stefixy at @_FinancialFox to unpack all of it. Full conversation here 👇
