In early 2017, A friend told me of a guy who can teach me for free, on how to make money by using your debit card to buy $btc at a lower rate and sell at a higher rate. So, i jumped in!
Did it for first month and made profit of over $330 in my first month, and decided to reward my teacher with amount 10% of my profit. Months went by, but the profit decreased. Though i was still making money until CBN decided to ban purchase of crypto using your debit card.
Later on, the same year, i decided to try out trading of alts and read lots of articles on Cointelegraph about bitcoi and if it has future potential.
My first alts purchase were $eth, $etc and $ltc (known as the $4 coin back then.. lol). held for over 4months and made some money. By December, 2017, i was lucky to enter the altcoin frenzy and did a couple of X's (7X on substratum $sub and $trig, over 10X on Einsteinium $emc2 etc).
I made some huge bucks, and this was money i have never made in my entire life.
then, i did the foolish mistake by taking very little profit, while still holding some terrible shitcoins (that later got delisted)
In 2018, the bear market came and wiped off over 80% of my portfolios. Majority of money from the December crime pump all gone. It was like film trick 🤣 and i had to leave the crypto space and came back after 2years + to learn trading and market psychology.
