I've talked about this before but it's very silly that items from way back in the day have no option to be deleted by the creator, yet retroactive moderation will hit someone with a termination completely blindsided. If policies changed since the creation date and creator wasn't made aware, moderation actions should be more graceful. People are being terminated out of the blue for classic shirt templates uploaded several years ago when these things were allowed as per ToS. A warning as simple as "Hey creator, we had to take down [asset here] uploaded on [date here] because of changes to our terms of service since you created this asset. Please note for the future that failure to comply with the new policies may result in account termination" It is simple as that and highly effective.

Apparently other types of users are also getting terminated or banned from this, not just UGC creators. Roblox traders, and even @Shedletsky have apparently been affected by what seems to be a moderation exploit. Based on reports, malicious users are targeting people by exploiting a Roblox moderation system by mass reporting their old clothing, models, etc. One of our managers Vac9 had his account terminated due to this exploit, several of our staff members got bans from it, and an increasing number of others in the community are reporting being affected.

Back in 2016, after getting pushed out of a bunch of groups, I met @CsdRBLX through his small group Voidblox he gave me my first shot running trainings, then later giving me the shot to manage stuff like person299 That kickstarted everything and eventually got me into Rolimons!

Recently, Roblox Moderation has deleted 5 innocent people on Roblox for wearing my addon shades I made over a year ago for the item moon seeing stars. I have tried looking everywhere to get this resolved. This morning I was shown a YouTube video where a creator basically said that it was all racist and that these people's bans were justified and my group was racist. My group is not racist or had any racist innuendo it was Originally named SAINT PEPSI, I changed the name to Vac's Late Night Delights on November 9th, 2023, which was a play on Saint Pepsis album Late Night Delight. I changed it because I didn't feel like it was morally right to sell items under another person's name. It pains me to see people twist this into thinking these people had some sort of racist motive, when in reality it was just people who like Vaporwave/Mcdonald's Famous 80's Mascot. If anyone can help, it would be greatly appreciated. I would be absolutely fine if my assets needed to be manually archived by Roblox as they don't deem it acceptable on their platform anymore, but 5 innocent players should not lose their accounts because of a random niche small group of bad people it just doesn't sit right with me.
