Things 3 is the best task manager ever made. I'm not leaving. But Todoist's Ramble (voice → structured tasks, instantly) is making that harder to say. @culturedcode When is your move.

@culturedcode I’m surprised we cannot set a specific evening time so that the app can then determine what tasks can automatically move into the evening section in the today view.

I wonder, is thing3 compatible with ProMotion display on Mac? I always find it not as smooth as on my iPhone/iPad, especially when scrolling @culturedcode

i am officially done with bloated project management apps spent a few hours in lovable building my own instead, natively synced with poke (@interaction) from day one to help me get things done. next step: connecting lovable mcp so poke can ship app updates (terrified a bit)

@culturedcode Hey! How come there’s no option with Things to set the ‘Badge Count’ to be for Inbox only? It’s something that’s bugged me for years, surely it would be real simple to add?

With all going in the software world, is anyone actually still working or shipping anything @culturedcode ? Not even meant offensive. Love things. Using for 12 years. But there hasn’t been any significant update in a while, whereas @todoist is introducing useful ai features.

@culturedcode, do you have any plans to add a time in Today status? Ideally, nothing would sit and become stale but can happen and a nice way to motivate similar to how Linear do it with time in status.
