@CureSimple I’ve been trying to get through to you to cancel my subscription with no success. I can’t find a phone number anywhere and you haven’t replied to my contact form messages or email. Really poor to make me go round the houses like this.

@CureSimple OK... I have now received my order of Bacon, albeit being sent to the wrong address. So we are all good now for the delivery of Bacon. All that needs sorting now, is the refund of £14.95 for the double charge payment. Fingers crossed :-)

@Nicovid Hello, we did send this out last week so I'm unsure why this hasn't arrived with you. Sincere apologies you have not yet received your refund I will chase this up for you.

@CureSimple Can someone please let me know when I will receive the replacement packs and also when the duplicate charge will be refunded ?? It has been 2 weeks. It shouldn't be taking this long.

@CureSimple Are you not reading your emails ??? I have now sent 3 emails regarding non delivery of your bacon and being charged £14.95 X 2 Is somebody going to look into this. This is not acceptable being £29.90 out of pocket.
