@HSBC_UK any particular reason why you can't get a copy of your credit card statement in branch for someone who doesn't do online banking? Statement not received so only wanted to check true transactions and refused. Something to hide?

@Sainsburys_hlpd Thanks sorry I didn't get this notification. After about 4 attempts they finally responded. Doesn't help even your delivery team decided to put soft rolls underneath boxes of cans etc.

@SW_Help I'm over an hour delayed so need connection (separate journey). Next train cancelled, asked ticket office to change ticket to different station- same price and flatly refused. Why couldn't that be done

@SW_Help I was going Woking to Farnborough, changed to Ash Vale. Same price just got me home 30 mins earlier which after an hour delay already I didn't fancy more. I could have chanced it but tried to do the right thing and punished for it

I can’t apologise enough to the fans, I have never been sent off in my career and I wouldn’t be so stupid to elbow someone in a game of that magnitude. I new that I didn’t swing my elbow and I new I didn’t touch his face at any point. After seeing the footage I feel harshly done.
