Hiding behind your “30 day” return or replacement policy and suggesting I go without my laptop for week (or longer) whilst it goes away for repair is poor customer service for resolving a fault with a product that has failed far too early to be considered of merchantable quality

@pensionsdaz store agents are technically trained computer technicians Darren. if your laptop is faulty it requires sending away to the currys newark repair centre or you seek a 3rd party for repair. there is no alternative

No attempt to eleven look at the laptop, no attempt to find a suitable repair option. The online/ phone team have simply fobbed me off, passing me off to another part of the business, resulting in a totally wasted journey to the store and still no resolution of the laptop fault.

@currys What a joke. You have to be a premium member to DM Currys customer service. No UK customer service phone number, no customer service email, no disability access to complaint, no access to send things back if you paid via paypal. I think trading standards has to be my next move.

Last Monday I recieved service so bad at @currys I called and complained before I left the car park. Never done that before. Was told somone would come back to me within 48 hours. Still waiting! What should I have expected I suppose? 🫤

Do not ever buy a care plan from @currys ever!! I am about to lose a fridge and freezer full of food! The last customer service person I spoke to was rude and said “there is nothing we can do till next week” like people can afford to lose food!

I made 8 calls t @Currys organisation today having been a customer for 40 years about an existing Agreement and to replace an item same specification. I was told I couldn't. My Agreement had been cancelled. You know how? My card had expired so they cancelled the Agreement!
