I accepted myself last December, since then parts that I already didn't like of myself became anxiety inducing, and found new parts of my body that I hate that I didn't seem to mind before.

The "key" to being trans is what we call "gender incongruence," which is when the true gender of a person is different from the gender they were assigned at birth.
This initial incongruence can then cause gender dysphoria, the discomfort with one's gendered features. This happens a lot, or even most of the time, but IT DOESN'T HAVE TO.
Is the fact that 7 is greater than 3 a sign that 3 is a negative number?
You can improve your quality of life without starting at “bad”.
