1) Million dollar NJ Transit Audit
2) NJ Transit Reform legislation
3) Customer Advocate that reports to the board
4) Another Customer Advocate that reports to the board.
5) Sending complaint forms to Customer Advocate, surveys and making public comments directly to the NJ Transit board and CEO.

What was the difference between the failed streetcar in Washington DC and the successful one in Kansas City? The one in Kansas City is now a useful part of the transit network. The DC streetcar was too short to function that way. 1/thread
