Sources: Strum Graz has agreed to a deal to sign academy defender Elijah Roche from Toronto FC. Strum Graz paying a transfer fee. Roche, 18, is a Canadian youth int'l and has made one appearance for TFC's MLS Next Pro side.

@RedHatNoShirt @TFCNU2 Correct. My point is that the player may want to move to Europe for his own development/professional goals and it's possible he wouldn't take the TFC 1st team contract even if it was offered.
