Warning- do not buy online from @TheRangeUK their customer service is none existent! I bought a storage unit, there is a part missing & all I get are stupid WhatsApp messages, they told me to package it up, now they want to see the product which I've repackaged! Shocking 😡

@TheRangeUK Who’s great idea is it to have the click and collects at the main counter which is also open to normal shoppers? I was told by an unhelpful member of staff at Stockport to join the long queue which would then hold up the queue even more. Worst customer service team.
