@pin3cones Heroes are great imo. Evos were way worse. People switched up harder than me talking about UC. Every single time an evo released it defined the meta for that month's meta. Heroes add a layer of skill, with evos you are just fucking up the flow of the game.

Buckle up, guys—this is going to be a long one. I am done with Clash for now. I’m so heavily disappointed with what the game has become. Nowadays every single time I open the game, I hate it. I hate playing. I hate the heroes, and I especially hate how fucking awful the balancing team is at their job. I mean, how hard is it to listen to your community? The people who keep the game alive. We have laid it out so many times exactly what to do to get Clash back to where it needs to be, but time and time again you leave us dissatisfied. The worst part is it’s like you don’t even care. We have to beg on our hands and knees to maybe get a proper nerf on a card that is clearly way too strong (Evo Ghost and RG, for example). There is barely any public communication between the Clash team and players who want change, except for Emilia. She has been the one good thing about Clash in the past year. She actually makes an effort to listen to us and report what we’re saying to the people who can make the changes we want. However, from experience I know the community’s wishes are thrown right in the trash; otherwise Clash would be in a good place. I’ve put so much time and effort into Clash and for what? Nothing. The payoff was never there and honestly never will be. Idc what anyone says—the game is rigged. It’s so clearly obvious. And this cycle of releasing broken cards for profit with no balance changes is a joke. There have been hundreds of posts a day about the new heroes needing an emergency nerf and there has been no response from anyone on the dev team. We will just get some mediocre nerfs in the next set of balance changes. The community is filled with people who are toxic, immature, racist, homophobic, etc. I tried time and time again to be a “light in a community full of darkness,” but you guys won. It’s a fucking circus and nothing is done about it. The future of Clash does not look bright. I’ve never seen such a widespread absolute shit show. And trust me, the last thing I want to do is make a post like this, but I had to say what I had to say. I could go on and on but I’ve said enough you guys know the deal. Much love to all, and whoever reads this, I appreciate it.

He is the ROOT of all the problems with Fortnite & Epic Games in recent years. ALL OF THIS happened because he thought Fortnite can be just like Roblox and it took him FOUR YEARS to realize that it can't be. And only after he had done SO MUCH damage to both this game & the company. I genuinely cannot believe how someone can be so stupid. Again, I am so heartbroken for all the employees who were laid off today. Not a single one of them deserved this. They put so much love & care into this game only to then be laid off. I truly wish them the best moving forward. Try and support them as much as possible, along with the employees who weren't laid off either. It's taking a toll on all of them.
