Recd a missed call, can you imagine? B4 I could pick up, call disconnected. No voice mail also. Just repeating the same thing. Flight was < 3 hrs late so no compensation. No escalation matrix provided. Whose fault missed connection and extra cost? @PMOIndia @JM_Scindia

@airindia All I have been receiving is the same repeated copy-and-paste messages. Asking for escalation matrix but none has been provided so far. This is the basic minimum expected of Air India. Very very disappointed. I am never going to fly with you again. @DGCAIndia @JM_Scindia
