@cybex_global Hi! Why does the Sirona S have a limit of 105cm (rear facing) in the European market but 124cm (49inches) in the US market? The weight limit is different too. Are the safety standards lower in the US or is the seat somehow bigger?

@reda_ek this jam. Once you have the manual out, please use one hand on the lever and one hand on the bottom of the seat. Try squeezing the lever and pushing the seat towards the lie flat position. Then try to pull the lever and use both hands to push it up right. This should resolve 2/3

@reda_ek Hey Reda! We are sorry to hear that you are having issues with one of our products. In this case, the problem can be easily fixed by removing the manual from underneath the seat. Please flip the seat over and you will see the slot that has the manual, which sometimes causes 1/3
