@StarlingBank I get that and I’ve read it in the FAQ and had it copy and pasted to me from support. It’s a basic function that my other accounts can provide which I need access to, especially late at night or with a baby in the car

@christopher_cjl Hi Christopher, sorry to hear this. Some customers may not be able to pay at pump, and will need to pay at the till. If this happens to you, don’t worry; it’s just due to security measures. We review accounts regularly, so this feature may become available in the future.
