That's because 89% of Canadians are smart. The other 11% are busy explaining how grocery prices in Canada are actually Trudeau’s fault.

Any government that grants itself permission to violate rights is a dictatorship. Even an ‘elected’ majority.

We live in a more dangerous and divided world. This is why the Liberals have mass immigrated millions of people without background checks - including terrorists and drove Canada's crime rates to a record, supported terrorism sponsor state and even got a thanks from Hamas twice, and let foreign groups freely operate in Canada and money launder here. Just remember: it's all Donald Trump's fault.

Bill C-22 creates a front door, not a back door, to Canadian's data, and it gives the keys to the government and does so in secret. These are just some of the reasons I opposed Bill C-22 today, at least in it's current form. Watch below. My thanks to @privacylawyer, @mgeist, @robertdiab, the @CDNConstFound and others for their analysis and advocacy which greatly informed my remarks. I remain open to reviewing and considering proposals for lawful access.

🚨“THE INDUSTRY WILL NOT SURVIVE”🚨 That was the warning at committee this week. Manufacturers pushed back on subsidies and “diversify to Europe.” Their message: No deal with the U.S. = Industry collapse.

Government raises cost of living by 1000% then says "here's $50 you're welcome." Your post is a classic “list a bunch of headlines and hope no one asks questions” post. Here’s the reality: Most of what you listed isn’t free, it’s redistributed money. You’re paying for it through higher taxes, inflation, and long-term debt. “More tax benefits” and “more taxes back” only sound good if you ignore how much more is being taken in the first place. $10/day childcare? Great in theory—except many families still can’t access it, waitlists are massive, and providers are shutting down because the model isn’t sustainable. And in fact this system made our only two daycare centres in our town CLOSE. Dental plan? Limited, income-based, and not exactly the universal coverage people think it is. “10 cents less on gas today”? There's still a bunch of other taxes on gas. Meanwhile, overall cost of living (housing, groceries, utilities) has exploded. “No industrial carbon tax”? That’s misleading framing. The carbon tax burden didn't just disappear it got shifted, hidden, renamed and passed down to consumers in other ways. National food program and rebates? Again, patchwork solutions to problems that were made worse in the first place. If people need rebates to afford food, that’s not a win… that’s an admission something is broken. And the biggest omission? Wages haven’t kept up. Housing is unaffordable. Small businesses are squeezed. Productivity is down. People feel poorer—even if they’re getting a few $50 cheques in the mail. That’s the part these supporters always ignore. You don’t measure success by how many band-aids you hand out. You measure it by whether people actually get ahead. And right now? They're not and its gotten worse every single year for a decade.

@resourcepathway @World_Affairs11 Not quite. Trading with China and completely selling out to them are two very different things. Also, the auto industry in Canada left of their own accord (pun intended), you can look at Stellantis as a good example that was the result of Liberal incompetence in Canada.

2.17 on Sunday. $1.87 today. That’s a 30¢ drop overnight in Vancouver. I was also told it's going lower tomorrow. Thank you Mark Carney!

SHOCKING: Canadian Manufacturers have lost faith in Carney's ability to negotiate a tariff deal with the US and are now paying to send PRIVATE CONSULTANTS to Washington to do their bidding, in a desperate attempt to save their industry.
