I've been stuck at the @JFKairport trying to escape the @Hertz lot. Employees are telling me there is a worldwide outage of their computer system. They don't have a way to make a paper record and let us leave.

We are currently working to update our fleet and install in-seat power (USB A and USB-C power ports) on our 737 MAX aircraft; these power ports are capable of charging cell phones, tablets and many new laptops. While we regret any inconvenience if you find yourself on one of our aircraft that is still in the process of being upgraded with this capability, please know that many of our gate areas are equipped with power outlets that Customers are able to use while waiting for departure. @PITairport y'all need to put signs *IN* the airport for Lyft/Uber. Never been to PIT and exited off tram from flight, and nowhere did I see a sign for rideshare until I exited by the taxi stand.

@AmericanAir got app/email notifications that flight is delayed. Get to airport to ask for assistance from a check in/gate agent. Given this. So I called. Spoke to Ron, who was incompetent, didn't resolve my problem.

@AmericanAir Your entire customer service program needs an overhaul. Overworked airport agents, low grade technology to properly change flights, buggy app, etc. The list goes on. I ask for you to do better every time I fly, which usually has problems, and still the same old terrible service.

@AmericanAir A few thoughts: @AmericanAir does not want to resolve any customers problems--handed a brochure that instructs to call customer service; customer service doesn't want to resolve my problem, and instructs me to talk to agent at the airport. So what does a customer do?
