1) Fading TIA at launch bc I thought it would do the airdrop fractal. Not having a backup plan to buy spot. Ended up just trading it. 2) Trying to call SOL/ETH local top in Dec '23 and buying my SOL bags back at $100 after selling 80% at $50 3) Not trading on Hyperliquid even though people were telling me about it in Q4 '23 bc I thought "why should I trade on DEX when I get better liquidity/execution on Bybit etc just for a stupid 5k airdrop or whatever" 4) Fading Fartcoin at 1m mc and buying at 100m a full 100x higher 5) Trying to call ETHBTC bottom twice- After BTC ETF went live and then after the ETH ETF announcement. All around just wasting mental capital on ETH. 6) Fully roundtripping FWOG. Only time in my career I ignored the system and roundtripped something like that.

Here's an exceptionally simple yet valuable startup idea (to prevent recent Bybit's hack): Most users (including the biggest exchanges, custodians, etc) uses multisig just to store and transfer their assets. Build an exceptionally simple multisig with no upgradability focused around just storing & transferring of assets. The main check on the multisig will be in a transaction only 5 or 10% of the assets can leave the multisig. Making it super secure even if off-chain component got compromised (like what happened to Bybit). @safe itself will be the right team to build it and call it Safe Lite or Safe Mini.
