@DAP_urology @PBajicMD @PROCEPTRobotics Discussed working on a video, some red tape but it’s something I want to do. I resect some of the fluff, mostly at the 5 and 7 o’clock positions in mid prostate. I call it mowing the grass. Traction overnight, 24Fr 3 way, 30cc in balloon. 1 gram TXA upon induction.

Do you also resect any of the floppy tissue? Traction ? Foley ballon size? Please share any tip that reduces hematuria postop. Kindly. DAP

Immediate continence and potency after RALP using Synchroseal ( youtu.be/oc0qSuElYOE?si… ) By far one of my favorite tools currently! Faster surgery and less work for surgical assistant (no more clipping). Thanks to @Ryan_Berglund for the advice!
