@DARFHammer @MurrK_FL @NicoleOnRacing No reason for personal attacks. We’re all entitled to opinions. In my opinion, it’s boring and not compelling. Just because you don’t agree or like it doesn’t make it wrong. Perhaps you should work on understanding that.

@Gamerboy2418 @psychedalex68 Indy 500 gets 300,000 spectators… same venue gets maybe 10,000 for the Grand Prix two weeks earlier. Indycar is responsible for creating the attraction.

Graham Rahal carries a little bit of a chip on his shoulder as when he runs well, he likes to point out that he reads on social media that he can't drive/race well. So he didn't disappoint with comments after a third-place run at Barber. FYI some mild curse words. @IndyCarOnfOX

I know @infantrydort personally. We are peers both in military rank and a shared Christian faith. We exchange ideas often and have broken bread together. He is an honorable man and among the most driven in trying to make the world a better place. Social media is not what fuels him. If anything it seems to drain him. He uses the public platform he’s built to speak the hard truths about military matters to a world that seems to want soft and unearned ease. He does this, despite the blowback, both because it is the right thing to do and because few others have the stomach for such an unwelcome but necessary effort.

We all know not to feed the animals at the parks or zoo. Similarly, don’t feed the energy of the InfantryDorks and DataCannots. They survive on reinforcement from anonymous groupthink. They need likes, shares, and hollow applause for spineless, low-effort takes that offer zero substance and zero accountability. But pay attention to what’s missing: the people who actually KNOW them. No former supervisors. No peers. No subordinates. No one stepping forward to vouch for their character, their judgment, or their leadership. The shared “remember that time in Kabul…?” sea stories are missing. We live in a digitally connected world, and that deafening silence isn’t random. Those transactional “supporters” smashing the like button aren’t real credibility. They’re a small, insulated loop of terminally online sycophants and bots. That’s the entirety of their influence. So don’t engage the persona. Don’t reward the performance. And don’t let their fake online life disrupt your very real one. Block. Delete. Move on. Their “influence” has an expiration date, and irrelevance comes fast. It comes faster if you ignore them.

The U.S. Army has launched an investigation into why several AH-64 “Apache” Attack Helicopters with the 101st Combat Aviation Brigade were filmed circling and hovering outside the Nashville home of musician Robert Ritchie, known more commonly as Kid Rock, and flying low near protesters at a No Kings Rally in Clarksville, Tennessee on Saturday, while the helicopters were supposed to be on a training flight, according to the Washington Post. “Army aviators must adhere to strict safety standards, professionalism, and established flight regulations,” said Maj. Montrell Russell, a Spokesman for the U.S. Army. “An administrative review is underway to assess the mission and verify compliance with regulations and airspace requirements. Appropriate action will be taken if any violations are found.” According to the Army, the Apaches that flew by Kid Rock’s home were not part of an Army-sanctioned outreach event, and otherwise were not assigned a mission to monitor or otherwise disrupt the demonstrations in Tennessee.

I feel like if Fox has both races they should be back-to-back on same channel. I think people are more inclined to not turn the channel/turn it on early. Just do all the racing in the same space.
