Grabbed one myself to add to my office die cast collection. Good on you @diecast_b

Honestly shocked @diecast_b had some of these left so I had to pick one up. #KFB

Took these at Daytona the last two summer races…still cant believe it. Thinking of his family. #RowdyForever #NASCAR

@RoundersKyle will you be providing analysis for the all star race tomorrow?
English

@nascarcasm @MonsterMile Would probably be more entertaining that what is coming this weekend…

Drivers all relaxed after WGI until they show up at @MonsterMile and find out we're actually running the Doval™️

@BrakeHardBlog I think this is multi factorial
NOS racing is better than Cup
The broadcast is exponentially better
The races are shorter
This is almost a perfect storm, but I truly think the broadcast quality is a very underrated part of this equation.

@awfulannouncing @philenespanol I truly believe that the broadcast is underestimated in terms of perception of the sport. Look at F1s meteoric rise in the US. No commercials, engaging broadcasts. NASCAR on Fox is borderline unwatchable at this point, but NASCAR doesn’t much care because they got their money.

Denny Hamlin was not happy with Fox and NASCAR after the Watkins Glen broadcast, urging the sport to do better for its fans.

@FreddieKraft @STaranto92 We wouldn’t know because Fox totally sucks and didn’t show any of the incidents during the last few laps.
English

@STaranto92 You shouldn’t speculate.
Bubba wasn’t mad at Bell.

Okay, here's what I THINK Bubba Wallace might have been upset with Christopher Bell over. This was coming to 8 to go
Bubba was called to pit road in the esses past Turn 1 with Bell and Todd Gilliland on his bumper. But coming out of the carousel, Bell got a run to Bubba's right side, and the 20 team didn't inform him that the 23 was pitting until Bell was alongside him.
It put Bubba in a tough spot getting to pit road, as he couldn't just try to cut across Bell's nose (Cody Ware was there and limping around), and he had to slow down to let Bell, Gilliland, and Riley Herbst pass just so he could make pit entry.
I didn't hear Bubba say any cross word towards Bell over his radio so it's hard to know definitively. I also tried to look at Todd Gilliland's onboard to see if there was any contact, hand signals or anything but the 34's onboard was out and audio only the whole race.
Steven Taranto@STaranto92
Give me a second to work here but I think Bubba MIGHT have been upset about something that happened with around 8 to go. Bubba was trying to get to pit road and Bell put him in kind of a tough spot off Turn 6

@jeff_gluck I mean it’s been three seasons of this. We get it. He’s good on road courses. He’s going to win every one of them unless there is a mechanical failure…
English

Oh my gosh, so many geniuses in the replies. You all knew what was going to happen and you're not surprised or impressed. I'm shocked more of you are not crew chiefs. You had it the whole way!

FS1 just put out the official numbers for SVG's remarkable drive through the field: Emerged in 26th place Was 29.2 seconds back Retook the lead in only 18 laps Won by 7.3 seconds
English

@AustinKonenski I think the broadcast is a vastly underrated point here. Fox legitimately sucks. You have to go look for the network, streaming service and time for each on track Cup session.
English

.@FS1 averaged a 1.29 rating and 2.286 million viewers for Sunday's NASCAR Würth 400 presented by Liqui Moly at Texas, down from a 1.38 and 2.6 million last year.
