One time I came back home after my first year in school. It was the weekend, just me and my dad at home. I was outside when he called me in, saying he was looking for something. I don’t even remember what it was, but he asked me to help him search for it. While we were looking, I checked inside the Ghana-must-go bag I came back with. As I opened it, a condom fell out. My dad was standing close to me. He saw… or at least I think he saw. But he didn’t react at all. He just looked away like nothing happened and continued searching. Till today, I still don’t know if he actually saw it and chose to ignore it, or if he didn’t see it at all. But me? I was panicking that moment 😭 Now I just laugh whenever I remember it. Be honest… do you think he saw it and ignored it, or he genuinely didn’t notice? 😅
