Why are @Airbnb @AirbnbHelp not sorting my sisters account when she has had her phone and email hacked and so locked out. This is her livelihood. Disgusting customer service. Over 20 calls proof of identity everything and nothing. Shame on you!

@jet2tweets I’ve direct messages, I’ve spoken to the jet2 team online and they say if things were bad they are investigating and I just have to wait. Not an ideal feeling when you are supposed to be excited about a holiday.

Good fun was had today covering all of Manchester Airport dodging out of the way of large aircraft! Such a different perspective down on the ground than the view in the Tower ✈️
