More than 50% of Florida K–12 students now attend some form of school choice. Traditional public schools are a great option, but it’s clear parents want educational choice.


The Florida Education Association’s lawsuit against school choice is anti-student and anti-education. It is not a defense of public education. It is a misguided attempt to protect union monopoly which increasingly fails to serve the interests of its members.
