This World Youth Skills Day, India Exim Bank celebrates the power of skills to create opportunities and transform lives.
In collaboration with Navasrushti International Trust (DBM India), the Bank trained 30 women from marginalized communities in Mumbai as General Duty Assistants (GDAs). Today, all 30 are employed in healthcare institutions, strengthening India's healthcare workforce while achieving financial independence.
