@DB_Visuals_ No and yes. The Biggest leverage is that if your from a western country the expectations would be higher. You use that as a leverage to send personalised videos. I'm helping a kid out who's 14 from Ukraine and he's making 7k a month as a video editor from upwork.

As somebody who's hired freelancers on upwork. 90% of freelancers spam upwork with the same generic message. 8% personalise their cover letter. 1.7% already have case studies. 0.2% send a personalised loom video. 0.1% send a personalised Loom + miro breakdown. And 100% freelancers reading this won't implement.
