I have been speaking to some of the people who live in Guelph and Toronto. Just simply bringing up how they are feeling about what is going on politically and economically in Canada. And I can honestly say I have never seen such a level of rage coming out of my fellow Boomers in my life. And its all directed at Trump and America. It's like their whole history of going to America, being grateful for America's protection, even loving parts of the US, has completely collapsed in the face of their belief that the US wants to make them the 51st state. They really took those memes and words seriously, and because nobody really explained why he was saying it (he doesn't hate Canada, he hates the last two (globalist) Liberal administrations), it has congealed into rage. And then Carney looks like their saviour, even though he is actually the Globalist who wants to destroy Canada. It's a bloody mess.

I like that Pierre is actually giving us hope of repairing that relationship by talking to Democrats and Republicans, the American people, and to Businesses in the US about why our relationship is mutually beneficial and how we can repair it.
That’s real leadership. Not just talking about stuff, but actually taking action and doing diplomacy.

Bill C-9 is a direct attack on fundamental freedoms in this country.
I will stand with the Canadians who wrote to me and with faith communities across this country.
I cannot and will not support Bill C-9.

Bill C-9 was supposed to protect places of worship. Instead, the Liberals have turned it into something far more dangerous.
At the last minute, they brokered a back-room deal with the Bloc Quebecois to remove the 50-year-old religious freedom defense from the Criminal Code — without consultation, without witnesses, and without proper debate.
Faith leaders, civil liberty groups, and hundreds of organizations across Canada have raised serious concerns. The government has ignored them.
Conservatives proposed a simple solution: split the bill, pass protections now, and properly study the rest. The Liberals refused. Conservatives will always defend freedom of religion, freedom of expression, and the right of Parliament to do its job.
