I’ve been with @TMobile for 10 years. 10 fucking years and for the last 6 months they have been horrible. First they took it upon themselves to change the withdrawal date of my autopay. It took several calls to get it corrected. Now they’ve billed me twice within the 1/2

@TMobile it’s worse over here. I am a Business Owner with 10 lines and I get no customer service whenever I dial 611 worse if I go into the store immediately they tell me they cannot help me over the phone. They have an attitude. They are rude They are liars and a theif.
